Ahead of their second season in USL League One and first year in Kissimmee, Orlando City B announced its roster for the upcoming season on Tuesday.

“We are very excited to start a new chapter with Orlando City B. Our new roster exemplifies the pathway that we are working to fortify in making OCB the final step on the way to the first team,” said Orlando City B head coach Marcelo Neveleff. “This is a very talented group and we are very excited for the season ahead.”

First-team MLS draft picks goalkeeper Austin Aviza and defender Nick O’Callaghan were assigned pro-contracts with OCB.

The roster includes 24 players, including 11 players from the Orlando City Developmental Academy.

Orlando City B will play its home games at Osceola County Stadium located at the Orlando City training grounds at Osceola Heritage Park in Kissimmee.

Raul Aguilera, who played college soccer at the University of North Carolina, is a former Orlando City DA product who signed a pro contract with OCB ahead of the 2020 season.

Midfielder Ignacio Poplawski (pictured above) trained with Orlando’s MLS side last year and signed with OCB for 2020 on a loan deal from Argentine side Estudiantes De La Plata.

Notable omissions from the 2020 OCB team include Venezuelan midfielder Moises Tablante and Jahlane Forbes.

Forbes, who appeared with OCB last season, opted to play collegiate soccer with Wake Forest this upcoming NCAA Soccer season.

Tablante, 18, who also played with OCB in 2019, wasn’t named to the roster but according to club sources, the midfielder is finalizing some paperwork and is expected to be named to the roster before the start of the season.
