Orlando City will kick off the 2023 regular season at Exploria Stadium against the New York Red Bulls on Feb. 25 at 7:30 p.m.

Tuesday’s league announcement of the 34-game schedule will have the Lions playing their first two games of the season at home with FC Cincinnati coming to town the following week on March 4.

The new season will see the debut of MLS Season Pass, which will be available through Apple TV+ and will feature every MLS game, with no restrictions and no blackouts. MLS Season Pass will be available beginning on Feb. 1 for a separate subscription fee.

Major League Soccer will pause its regular season following its July 15 games, when every MLS and Liga MX team will compete in the month-long Leagues Cup tournament.

The regular season will resume on Aug. 20 when Orlando travels to play the Chicago Fire.

The Lions will only feature three times on national television, beginning on July 15 against at Atlanta United; Sept. 24 versus Inter Miami and Oct. 4 at Nasville SC. All games will televise on FS1 and FOX Deportes as well as through Apple TV.

One last note: Orlando will have a fast start to the season, and it’s roster depth is likely to be tested early on with 5 games within a 2-week span.

Following their March 4th home match against Cincinnati, the Lions will travel to take on UANL Tigres on March 7 in the first leg of their Round of 16 CONCACAF Champions League meeting.

On March 11, Orlando will travel to take on D.C. United at Audi Field before getting back to Champions League play in the return leg against Tigres on March 15 at Exploria Stadium. The Lions will finish that stretch on March 18 against Charlotte FC at home.
