Orlando City reveals 2020 preseason plans

The Lions announced their 2020 preseason schedule on Saturday.

Orlando City will open up preseason camp on Monday in its new training ground in Kissimmee.

On Jan. 25, Orlando will play Stetson University in a closed-door friendly at the Orlando City training grounds in Kissimmee.

Oscar Pareja will then lead his team on a nine-day road trip to Cancun, Mexico from Jan. 27 to Feb. 4.

The Lions will take on the Columbus Crew on Feb. 1 at 11 a.m. and Inter Playa on Feb. 4 at 9 a.m. before returning to Central Florida.

Orlando will play four more preseason games at Exploria Stadium. Season ticket holders can receive up to four complimentary tickets for the following preseason games: Feb. 8 vs. Montreal Impact at 6 p.m.; Feb. 18 vs. KR Reykjavik at 6 p.m.

Tickets for both matches above are now on sale for the general public.

One thing that won’t be returning this year is the Orlando City Invitational. A reason was not given.

Tuesday, Feb. 18 (Exploria Stadium)
vs. KR Reykjavik at 6 p.m.

Friday, Feb. 21 (Exploria Stadium) 
vs. San Antonio FC (closed-door)
