OCB’s hot streak continued on Saturday.

Michael Cox’s first two goals of the season propelled Orlando City B to a 3-0 victory over Louisville City at Slugger Field to extend OCB’s unbeaten run to 11 games.

“I’m proud of the boys tonight to earn a fantastic three points on the road. Michael Cox took his two goals incredibly well. Jake Fenlason made some excellent saves,” OCB head coach Anthony Pulis said. “Three-nil probably flattered us a little bit; Louisville had a lot of the ball tonight but we defended well. We knew they were going to put us under pressure, which we dealt with well. Now it’s important that we don’t get too carried away because we’ve got a huge game on Thursday against Bethlehem.”

Cox opened the scoring in the 15th minute after making a run through Louisville’s last defender before striking the ball past the goalkeeper for the lead. The striker doubled the lead and notched his brace in the 27th minute.

Timbo capped the scoring in the 53rd minute.

OCB improved to 8-6-11 with 35 points and sit in sixth place in the USL Eastern Conference.

OCB returns home for a match against Bethlehem Steel on Thursday at 7:30 p.m.
