The Orlando Pride add to their roster with the signing of Christina Burkenroad, the team’s No. 15 overall pick in the 2016 National Women’s Soccer League College Draft, the team announced Wednesday afternoon.

Burkenroad, who attended the California State University at Fullerton, has been practicing with the team since the beginning of the season. The 22-year-old finished her career with the Titans with 24 goals (eight game-winners) and 18 assists in 58 appearances.

Said Pride head coach Tom Sermanni, per the team’s report: “Christina has greatly impressed us with her growth as a player since the start of preseason. She displays all the attributes required to be a very successful attacker in today’s game.”

Orlando travels to face the Houston Dash Friday at 8:30 p.m.
