Orlando City announces preseason schedule

Orlando City Soccer Club’s preseason schedule is starting to look a bit clearer.

The Lions announced four additional games to their preseason schedule after announcing earlier this month a Feb. 13 friendly at Jacksonville Armada.

Orlando City will train in Melbourne next week ahead of its first preseason match of the season on Feb. 7 against Eastern Florida State College. The time of the match was not released in the club’s press release.

The Armada friendly scheduled on Saturday, Feb. 13, will take place at Community First Park with a 6 p.m. kickoff.

Lions head coach Adrian Heath’s men will face the New York Red Bulls on Feb. 17 in a closed-door exhibition. According to MLSSoccer.com, the game is scheduled for 10 a.m. The Red Bulls are currently training at ChampionsGate.

Four days later, Orlando City SC will compete in another closed-door game versus Toronto FC on Feb. 21. Kickoff time and location of the game were not released.

Orlando City SC will cap off its preseason on Feb. 27 in a friendly against Brazilian side Esporte Club Bahia at the Orlando Citrus Bowl at 7:30 p.m. Season-ticket holders will have access to the game, per the club’s press release.
